So you have watched a new patio furniture set all summer, and now that the season is coming to an end the price has started to drop and you are ready to buy.  Here are som useful tips for buying clearance patio furniture. 

The most obvious way to get a good deal is to buy in the off season.  This is when clearance patio furniture is truly at its lowest price.  Start looking at kmart, big lots, sears, lowes, and home depot for patio furniture mid summer and you will begin to see the prices drop within a few weeks as fall aproaches.

Look for even bigger discounts on display models.  If all the packaged patio furniture sets have been sold, the one that has been setting out all summer will often be given a larger reduction in price as a fast way to open up floor space. Just be sure to look it over for scratches, dents, bends, etc. Sometimes small imperfections in are worth the large discount.
